None of our products are suitable for children. If customer’s are buying these products to sell on it is your responsibility to have the products CE tested to sell on to children.

PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL DESIGNS ARE LEGALLY OWNED AND THE COPYRIGHT OF THE OWNER AND PROPRIETOR OF THIS SITE and as such we will take legal action against anyone copying or using our designs without our permission. Customers are allowed to paint and decorate and photograph our designs as they wish once they have purchased them. Anyone found to be copying our designs or reproducing our designs will be subject to legal action.   No use, copying of text or design is allowed and everything on this site is the legal property of the owners and proprietors  

How To Purchase  

It’s very easy! Just go to our web site at www.personalaze.com and go to our home page, then browse at your leisure through our photos showing the range of items we manufacture and sell, then choose the item you would like to view, click on the image which will take you to that section.

Click on any of the items you wish to take a closer look at and view for more details and then simply put them in your shopping basket to purchase. If you wish to add or subtract the order quantities you may do so. As each item is added to your basket it will automatically calculate your p&p charges. You may then continue shopping should you wish to add more items or go straight to checkout by clicking the respective buttons.   Once you have collected your shopping click on the checkout button, this will take you to our payment service, enter your details and that will complete your order. We accept Payments only by Paypal or Stripe.

Shape Dimensions and Styles  

All our products are made and designed to a very high standard and are all quality checked prior to shipping. However slight variances in shape, size and colouring may occur both between batches of shapes and within batches. All measurements are approximate and may vary slightly within a tolerance of +/- 10{93c00093debcd8f82cf2be4b1b9529984a8c61fe42091623bc6587c2a017c1fa}. We reserve the right to change measurements and descriptions of items at any time.  

Postage and Packaging  

The postage and packaging cost is broken down and shown separately on your order in the shopping basket. Postage costs are shown in your basket.  Residents of the Isle Of Bute can collect their items from M&B’s Pound Plus, Maxwell & Maxwell (Retail) Ltd, Unit 8, 17 Victoria Street, Rothesay. PA20 0NW. All orders to anywhere else in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail.  

Packing Materials Policy  

To help the environment we try as much as possible to use recycled and reclaimed material as we can, especially large cardboard packaging. Sometimes postal packages may be delivered in re-used materials. It is our policy to benefit the environment where possible and therefore we would like to encourage you to re-use all our packaging yourself when sending out to your customers this will certainly save you on packaging costs and at the same time playing your bit in helping to save the environment.  

Delivery Timescales  

We will always fulfill your order as quickly as possible. We pack and ship orders in the order they come in. All our orders are printed of daily (except Sundays and Christmas Bank holiday) we then pick and pack if currently ready available. We aim to process, package and post between;   *Standard orders dispatched within 1-2 working days Any Standard items with stands, size options,cut in 6mm or with plaques may take slightly longer as they are cut to order.   *New designs may have a longer processing time   Timescales can change at any time depending how busy we are. We reserve the right to amend these timescales at any time.    If your order does not arrive then you need to contact us within 14 days for us to track your order. In most cases we will post a replacement for any parcel that is considered lost. If you do not contact us within the 14 day period then we are unable to track your order or replace.  Where a personalised or special design has to be made to order please allow up to 14 working days.  

Card Security  

We use Paypal for taking all payments. As Paypal process the order payment from end to end, we do not collect, store or have any access to you payment or card information at any time.  

Quality Guarantee   Your custom and satisfaction is very important to us. All our items are produced to a very high standard. If however you are not satisfied and that your item is in damaged or has a manufacturing fault or any other problems with the order please contact us within 48hrs of receiving your order so we can deal with any issues as soon as possible. You may need to return the item in line with our returns policy explaining the fault and we will replace or refund as requested. In some cases we may request photos of the item and packaging.

PLEASE NOTE: The items being returned must be in their original condition which they arrived to you.
